Feedback received from Schools and PTAs in recent years, tells us that our A4 13 page hanging calendars are among the most simple and most profitable methods of fundraising.

Simplicity:

Forget about class or year photographs. For each month, produce a group photograph of all the children in the school born in that month, ideally changing the location or background of the photograph and changing the arrangement of the children. Using this scheme of photography, every child is represented, maximising the profit.

Profitability:

Our calendars cost only £3 each. With a normal selling price of £5.00 each, even a small school can benefit from a high profit margin. Our experience indicates that on average, each pupil orders two calendars.

What you do:
Supply the following:

• School Crest and text for front cover
• Photograph or collage for front cover
• Twelve photographs, one for each month. Email photographs naming them 1-12 or by month
• Useful Information page – single A4 page, black and white only (Additional 10p per calendar)

What we do:

• Prepare your cover page for print, using images, logos and text provided
• Place your photographs, month-by-month into our standard template
• Place the information supplied on the outer
  back cover page (if required)
• Send you a pdf proof for your approval,
  prior to print
• Send to press and finally,
  wire-bind with loop hanger
• Calendars will be despatched
  by Parcelforce and charged at cost
